One last time (maybe)…
Life Design Catalyst Training!!!
Registration is OPEN!
Awaken Meaningful Change in those you serve!
If you have questions about the Training, contact Bill Johnson at email@example.com.
- Life Design Catalyst Training (17th local Training since 2014)
- Date: December 12-14, 2022 (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
- Time: 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Location: 118 School of Education Building, University of North Carolina-Greensboro
- Cost: $299 for New Participants, $99 for Returning (Previously Trained) Participants. Training includes lunch and snacks each day, a LDC-inspired Catalyst t-shirt, Training materials, and awesome connections.
This will be an IN-PERSON event – no online, no hybrid. Masks are optional, but we know that may change by the time the Training starts.
Get connected with like-minded souls, interested in helping students (and others) find purpose and meaning in life. You’ll be challenged to address these questions:
- Big Question: “What should I do with my life?”
- Correlated Questions: “Who am I here to be?” “What am I here to do?” “Where do I want to go?” “How will I get there?” “Why does this matter?”
It is one of the few Trainings where you’ll engage in LOTS of activities that will challenge you to reflect on your own life to understand the impact you’ll have on others!
In a nutshell, Life Design Catalyst work takes people in Transition (which is almost everyone) and moves them towards Transformation!
Late Registrations after November 30, 2022 will be $399.
Your lead facilitator for the three days will be Bill Johnson, who now serves at the Coordinator of the Legacy Men of Color Program at Davidson-Davie Community College. He is the creator of the award-winning, nationally recognized Life Design Catalyst Program; he has facilitated all sixteen of the previous Trainings. He will be assisted by the fabulous Megan Cayton, Student Success Navigator in the School of Health and Human Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Click here if you want to see the agenda and table of contents from the May 2022 Training: table of contents, may 2002 ldc training manual, 8-11-22. Warning: We won’t get through ALL of the content in the Training, but at least you’ll still have access to all of the tools.
New and returning participants will learn a host of self-reflective tools that have been used to empower students (and others) to become their best selves in service to something bigger than themselves to make the world a better place and create hope for a better future! Note: For those returning participants, we have revised many of the old tools and will introduce several new tools, as usual!
You will get the answers to the questions, “What should I do with my life?” and “What now? What’s next?”
