I LOVE Tony Robbins!

As I was watching Tony Robbin’s video the 5 Key to Living Your Best Post-Pandemic Life (yesterday’s post –, there was a link to another one of his videos on how to break negative thinking quickly; you can check it out here:

His position: Change the emotional state you’re in. Don’t think your way through it, take action. Change your “physiology.” Change your focus. Two simple actions that could potential bring lasting positive change. Is it worth 8 minutes to potentially change your life? You betcha!

These are ways to condition the mind to make change. I think it’s interesting because I now feel a sense of relief that I’ve set a deadline to retire, knowing that I am open to a multitude of possibilities in the future. And that’s a good thing!

    • Thank you. It’s funny…several people have shared that I seem to be happier and more at peace now that I made this decision. And the best part is that I’m open to lots of new experiences! Thanks for taking the time to share!
